The Peter Pan Fan Club was devised by two childhood friends, who decided that, while inevitable, growing up didn’t have to be as devastating as they feared. Like most other young people, they are faced with the challenge of having to be responsible young adults who hold jobs and contribute to society, while also trying to maintain a sense of youthfulness and fun.

It’s a difficult balance, and is especially tricky without a designated place for each. Because the outside world demands so much of their adult selves, they turned to cyberspace to create their virtual playroom.

It’s on this website that you’ll see them in their most imaginative states.

RJ Licata

RJ Licata is the self-proclaimed leader of the Peter Pan Fan Club. A devoted father and loving husband RJ has worked very hard to remain young at heart even as his adult responsibilities continue to grow. As rewarding as these changes are, RJ admits “sometimes every guy just needs some knock-around time with the boys”. His intention is that all visitors can find similar relief by checking out the exploits of the PPFC.

With an admitted addiction to the internet and the possibilities it presents, RJ has spent much of the last five years learning how to design, develop and manage websites. He’s got a long list of web-based projects on his resume, including an ebook he wrote on proposing marriage and the semi-retired SiteRoast.com.

His role with the Peter Pan Fan Club requires him to wear many hats, but he will be spending most of his time developing the site, overseeing the day-to-day operations and writing about anything that promotes maintaining a healthy balance between being a grown up and goofing off.

RJ grew up in Syracuse, NY and currently lives “all the way out” in East Syracuse with his wife and son.

Chris “Bo Delicious” Bovenzi

Born on September 4th, 1979 in Syracuse, NY. Bo Delicious was the first and favorite son of Chris and Cathy Bovenzi. An accomplished playground athlete and movie watcher, Bo also excels at the original Nintendo, being awesome, and pulling chicks way out of his league.

Bo studied several subjects at Onondaga Community College before realizing that none of them were his cup of tea. He promptly announced to the world that he wanted to control it and hasn’t been taken seriously since.

As a general rule, Bo doesn’t like to leave Syracuse. He also hates small talk, public displays of affection, people who complain, and the majority of his friends.

Bo has a vast knowledge of sports, video games, movies, and basically anything else one would consider awesome, and would love to argue/discuss such topics with anybody who he deems fit.

A devoted father and ninja, Bo currently resides in Liverpool, NY.

Mike Bovenzi

Kid brother to our very own Bo Delicious, Mike Bovenzi is a contributor to the fan club. In high school, Mike was editor of the school newspaper and his articles were favorites of his classmates, usually pointing out flaws in the school system, or proposing changes to current rules or regulations.

He tries to walk the fine line between serious, factual writing, yet keeping it humorous, and witty. According to Mike, sports is his forte, but he’s looking to broaden his horizons and touch on a variety of different topics.
